Alison Sudol
It was difficult to be a woman in an area that I had thought was very masculine. It's been a struggle for me to go, "Okay, I can be feminine, soft, and robust and look after my self and not diminish my self-esteem." I've really enjoyed it somewhat, I've enjoyed wearing heels and dresses everyday and sporting these beautiful curls and soft fabric. There was pressure because I am a newer actor that everyone else who appeared in Fantastic Beasts. It was a bit strange. I sensed a strong force pulling my up. It was likely that I'd be crushed or collapse from the intensity with which I wanted to play this character as well as how big it was. There is a possibility to go on time walking around visiting museums, coffee shops as well as parks. London is a place where it is a place where you can be surrounded by other people. In LA it's not always a crowded and yet, you're right in the middle of all that. I love watching the people around me. I'm from a world of music in which you're always surrounded by men and you feel like there's a real intimacy all the time working with people. It's a surreal dream for me, I read all of the books. The books that I read on tour were vibrant and powerful. The worlds they create are wonderful to get lost into.
